Refund policy

At Pure Peak Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: 

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at dsmolenski188@gmail.com with your order number.
  

Exchanges:  

• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

• If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.

Refunds: 

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
